1. Who is responsible for your information

This website is operated under the ALTERA LEADS brand. For privacy questions or requests, contact alteraleads@gmail.com or call +370 666 66666. The website is intended to introduce lead-generation and marketing services to businesses.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, ALTERA LEADS acts as the controller for information collected through this website. No separate registered legal entity, company number or postal address has been supplied for this notice.

2. Information we collect

If you send an enquiry, the form may collect your name, business name, work email, website address if supplied, country, selected industry, estimated advertising budget, message about your goals, and the fact that you agreed to the privacy notice. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or information about another person unless it is necessary and you are entitled to share it.

When you visit the site, the hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, request time and pages requested for delivery, security, spam prevention and service diagnostics. The site also requests the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts, which may receive connection information needed to return the font.

3. Why we use information

• To read, assess and respond to a business enquiry and take steps you request before a possible service agreement.
• To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and reduce spam or misuse.
• To remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics.

Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages. We use enquiry details to respond to that request. The current website configuration contains no analytics account IDs; optional analytics will not load unless IDs are added and you accept them.

Optional analytics are based on your consent. Legal obligations and claims are handled on the legal basis that applies to the specific matter. 5. Service providers and external services

• Netlify: website hosting and, when the site is deployed with Netlify Forms enabled, receipt and handling of contact-form submissions and related spam prevention.
• Google Fonts: delivery of the Manrope typeface requested by the page. Google may receive technical connection data when the font is requested. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Pixel: these optional tools are not active in the current configuration. If account IDs are later added, their scripts load only after you accept analytics. See the applicable provider privacy notices for their processing.
• Instagram: if you follow the Instagram link, your visit is handled by Meta under its own terms and privacy notice.

These providers may process data under their own terms. Depending on their infrastructure and your location, information may be processed outside Lithuania or the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards must be used by the relevant provider.

6. Cookies and local storage

If optional analytics are configured, the site uses browser local storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected them. Optional analytics are not activated unless you accept them. The form and website hosting may also use necessary technical measures for delivery and spam prevention. When analytics are available, you can change your choice through the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Blocking browser storage may prevent the site from remembering that choice.

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship, handle disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. The exact retention period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a client relationship and on any legal retention requirement. Hosting and security logs are retained according to the relevant provider's settings and policies.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.

8. Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email alteraleads@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

You may also complain to the supervisory authority for your habitual residence or place of work. In Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI). These rights and procedures depend on the law applicable to you.

This business website is intended for business contacts and is not designed to collect children's information. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal data. Linked websites and social platforms operate independently; review their privacy notices before using them.
