These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of the ALTERA LEADS website. By using the website, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

A project begins only when its parties agree its scope, fees, responsibilities, timing and other terms separately in writing.

Any proposal, signed agreement or statement of work for a specific engagement takes precedence over these website terms for that engagement to the extent of a conflict.

3. No guaranteed marketing results

Advertising and lead-generation outcomes depend on factors outside the website operator's control, including the client's offer, market, budget, sales process, audience, seasonality and third-party platform decisions. Examples or descriptions on this website are not a guarantee of future results. Any commitments for a paid engagement must be stated in that engagement's written agreement.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry and to share only information you are entitled to provide. You must not use the website unlawfully, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or infringe another person's rights.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, special-category personal data or confidential material through the public contact form.
